Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced KYC leader to head a newly established Aviation KYC onboarding team. You will oversee onboarding and account opening for aviation clients, and manage a team of KYC Analysts and Coordinators.

The role involves building strong client relationships, presenting performance metrics to senior management, driving process improvements, and collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front Office teams.

Qualifications

• Strong KYC / AML onboarding experience within financial services.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Aviation sector experience is highly desirable.

This client-facing leadership role will oversee the onboarding and account opening process for aviation sector clients, while managing a team of KYC Analysts and Coordinators.
