Job summary

Cpl is seeking an experienced KYC leader to head the Aviation KYC onboarding team in Dublin. You will manage client onboarding and account openings, oversee a team of analysts and coordinators, and drive improvements across processes and metrics for senior leadership.

The role requires strong KYC/AML onboarding experience, proven people leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. Aviation sector exposure is highly desirable and you will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced KYC professional to lead a newly established Aviation KYC onboarding team. This client-facing leadership role will oversee the onboarding and account opening process for aviation sector clients, while managing a team of KYC Analysts and Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Aviation KYC onboarding team.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present performance metrics and operational updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and enhance onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front Office teams.

Requirements

• Strong KYC / AML onboarding experience within financial services.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Aviation sector experience is highly desirable.
