Job summary

Haleon plc. in Dungarvan is seeking a Validation Lead to manage the site validation lifecycle and lead a team of Product and Process Engineers.

You will oversee equipment commissioning, qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, CPP, and computer system validation across the site. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery, regulatory readiness, and alignment with Haleon standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
• 5+ years in a technical role within an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong cleaning validation experience.
• Broad understanding of validation lifecycle requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience collaborating across Technical, Engineering and Quality functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product and Process Engineers supporting Product Lifecycle Management.
• Oversee planning, management and delivery of validation lifecycle activities across the site.
• Ensure compliance with equipment/qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, CPP and computer system validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams to meet Haleon standards.
• Maintain the Site Validation Master Plan and ensure validation systems remain current and effective.
• Support regulatory inspection readiness and demonstrate validation compliance.
• Coach and develop the Technical team in cleaning validation activities.
• Ensure monitoring is in place so validated processes operate in a controlled manner.
