Job summary

Haleon in Dungarvan, Ireland, is seeking a Validation Lead to manage the site validation lifecycle and lead a team of Product and Process Engineers. You will oversee equipment and facility commissioning, qualification, process and packaging validation, cleaning validation, Continued Process Verification, analytical method validation, and computer system validation.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams to deliver on time and in line with Haleon standards, maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent scientific discipline.
Minimum 5 years in a technical role within an FDA-regulated environment.
Strong experience in cleaning validation.
Understanding of validation lifecycle in regulated manufacturing.
Experience collaborating across Technical, Engineering and Quality functions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Product and Process Engineers supporting Product Lifecycle Management.
Oversee planning and delivery of validation activities across the site.
Ensure compliance with equipment/qualification, process/validation, cleaning and CPP requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams to meet Haleon standards.
Maintain the Site Validation Master Plan and ensure validation systems are current.
