Job summary

Haleon Dungarvan is seeking a Product and Process Engineer to join our Technical team. You will provide technical and validation support across manufacturing processes, resolving issues, introducing new products and materials, and ensuring products remain in a validated state of control.

You will work with Quality, Engineering, Operations, R&D and global Technical teams, taking a hands-on role in process improvement, product transfers, validation and new product introduction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or related technical field.
• Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in a technical, process, manufacturing or validation role within a regulated environment.
• Practical knowledge of process qualification and validation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as key technical contact for assigned products and processes, maintaining knowledge of performance and critical parameters.
• Provide technical support to investigate and resolve manufacturing/process issues.
• Support process optimisation to improve First Time Right performance and reduce waste.
• Lead or support qualification/ introduction of new products, raw materials, suppliers, technologies, and processes.
• Support New Product Introduction and product transfer activities ensuring robust, validated processes.
