Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking a Senior UX Research & Design Strategist to lead enterprise research, design strategy, facilitation, and rapid prototyping for Pfizer. This is a full-time, fully remote role with availability for client core hours and cross-region meetings.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience across UX-related disciplines, strong mixed-methods research, and fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across UX research, design strategy, service design, interaction design, or product strategy."
• Strong mixed-methods research foundation and ability to connect user evidence to decisions.
• Proficiency with Figma and collaborative platforms; able to prototype at learning-ready fidelity.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) including prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research and design strategy engagements from discovery through future-state direction and implementation support.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research; connect user evidence to strategy and value.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, concepts, and rapid prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
• Facilitate workshops, research readouts, design reviews, and executive discussions to surface tradeoffs and build alignment.
• Navigate stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy; influence decisions without formal authority.
• Partner with Product Owners/Managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver executive-ready recommendations with a polished client-facing presence.
• Use enterprise AI tools to accelerate research while ensuring privacy and responsible-AI standards.
