Seat Geek is seeking a seasoned product/design leader to help shape the direction for live experiences. You will balance speed and quality, oversee end-to-end execution, and drive impact through optimization and new development.

You will work with fans, sellers, teams, and artists to ensure high-quality experiences and scalable design systems, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product, design, or related field.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Understanding of obstacles in live experiences.
• A mindset of challenge, changemaker, and innovator.
• Availability for 4+ hours overlap with a 9:30am–5:30pm East Coast workday.
• A passion for live experiences.
