Job summary

Resmed in Dublin seeks an experienced UX designer to lead end-to-end experiences for its AI-enabled digital health products. You will shape human-centered interfaces across product, research, and engineering teams, turning complex problems into intuitive journeys.

This 12-month fixed-term role focuses on discovery through delivery, prototyping, and design systems, with a portfolio showing collaboration in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience delivering complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX practice from problem framing to delivery.
• Proven ability to work with Product Management and Engineering in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX from discovery through delivery, framing problems and prototyping.
• Translate AI capabilities into human-centered design opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to define challenges and develop digital experiences.
• Create journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined concepts.
• Facilitate workshops and design critiques across cross-functional teams and time zones.
• Contribute to design-system consistency and scalable interaction patterns.
• Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineers to balance user needs with feasibility.
