Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and leading complex utilities projects and programmes.
• Defining and driving projects from initiation to evaluation.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
• Developing governance frameworks, delivery plans and risk management.
• Providing strategic advice on transformation, digital modernization and change.
• Assessing procurement and delivery models for capital and transformation programmes.
• Translating data and industry insight into practical recommendations.
