Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or another appropriate subject.
• Experience in Utility Works contracts is required.
• Strong understanding of CDE principles and delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Utility Enabling Works design interfaces.
• Monitor preparation of design and contract documentation.
• Manage all external interfaces with Local Authorities and utility companies.
