Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or another appropriate subject.
• Required experience in Utility Works contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Working knowledge of CDE principles and delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Utility Enabling Works design interfaces for major projects.
• Oversee preparation of design and contract documentation.
• Participate in tender evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Manage all external interfaces with Local Authorities and agencies.
• Provide technical input to multidisciplinary project teams.
