Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II in Ireland for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end software initiatives, build scalable backends with TypeScript, and deliver AI-powered features using LLMs and agentive workflows.

You will collaborate with clients and distributed teams, applying XP/Agile practices, TDD, and modern engineering standards to ensure reliability and continuous learning. Remote-first environment with structured flexibility and learning budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade apps using TypeScript.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications including AI agents and workflows.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Mastra or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building or integrating Chrome Extensions or browser-based apps.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, safety, privacy, and monitoring outputs.
• Experience leveraging AI skills and tooling to extend AI agents capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript.
• Design production-ready features balancing scope, quality, performance and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered applications and workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Work with OpenAI, Claude, and related tooling to deliver reliable AI experiences.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge to grow engineering practices.
