Job summary

Sysco Ireland is seeking a Transport Supervisor for our Dublin Depot on a fixed-term basis until June 30, 2026. You will oversee route dispatch, monitor driver schedules, and coach the delivery team to ensure timely, cost-effective operations and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution setting, strong IT and reporting skills, and a CPC in Transport Management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience in a high-volume, technology-driven distribution operation.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to safety and efficiency.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver best-in-class service to internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and orderly dispatch of all routes for all locations.
• Monitors driver schedules and reports on an hourly basis to control costs and meet customer expectations.
• Coaches drivers on performance improvements and follows disciplinary processes when needed.
