Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in business transformation, management consulting, programme management or business improvement.
• Experience leading or supporting strategic transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Strong background in operating model design, governance, business process improvement or organisational change.
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing management reporting, KPI dashboards and business performance insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of strategic business transformation and improvement initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Developing and enhancing governance frameworks, operating models and business processes.
• Facilitating workshops to review existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and support organisational change.
• Producing management reporting, KPI dashboards and business performance insights for senior leadership.
• Coordinating governance forums, monitoring risks and ensuring effective reporting across strategic initiatives.
• Working closely with business leaders to embed best practice, improve collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting change initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement and the implementation of new ways of working.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency and organisational performance.
