Job summary

Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join our Planning team in Dublin. You will contribute to growth by delivering planning applications, strategic advice, and guiding consenting processes across renewable energy, infrastructure and urban development projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams on environmental reports and EIARs, with opportunities for career progression within Ireland’s expanding renewables sector.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning and environmental legislation.
• Experience preparing and submitting planning applications and reports.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning applications and draft reports, feasibility studies, masterplans and planning strategies across diverse projects.
• Collaborate with private and public sector clients.
• Oversee and/or manage multidisciplinary projects and ensure successful delivery.
