Job summary

Ideal applicants will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in consultancy or the public sector, along with a postgraduate degree in Town Planning and professional membership of relevant institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification consultancy or public sector experience.
• Significant experience in EIA as a practitioner and project manager.
• Excellent knowledge of environmental legislation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare planning applications including consultations.
• Prepare bespoke planning strategies and EIAR reports.
• Provide planning advice to clients and colleagues.
