Job summary

Stryker Macroom in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Senior Technician in Facilities and Maintenance to join our onsite team. You will perform maintenance on production equipment including electrical, pneumatic, PLCs, BMS, HVAC and access controls, using CMMS to log work and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a Level 7/8 Engineering degree (desirable) and at least 3 years in a similar role; CNC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 Engineering degree is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• CNC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance on production equipment: electrical, pneumatic, PLCs, BMS, HVAC, access controls.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Use CMMS to record scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform Break Down Analysis (BDA) on faulty equipment and record in CMMS.
• Support Daily Management system and lean problem solving for continuous improvement.
• Maintain site standards on cGMP.
