Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of lifecycle and capital projects across PPP operations in Leinster, Ireland. You will manage an annual capital pipeline of approximately €3–€4 million, delivering projects on time, within budget and to required standards.

Work closely with clients, end users, account teams, procurement and regulatory bodies, providing strong technical and commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services, Surveying, Project Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in construction, maintenance or similar technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations.
• Experience managing project budgets and finances.
• Strong supplier/contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical programme management of lifecycle and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules with budgets and timelines.
• Control budgets of €3–€4 million annually.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Deliver value engineering while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with surveying, engineering, construction, procurement and regulatory teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations.
• Review project scopes and ensure deliverability and governance.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and health & safety standards.
• Support teams with cost management and governance.
