Job summary

Apple is seeking a senior engineering leader within the Information Systems and Technology organization to define and drive the technical strategy for Apple’s native application platform used by employees worldwide.

You will shape multi-year direction, establish engineering practices to raise the quality bar, and mentor engineers through the technical leadership you demonstrate in complex cross-system environments.

Qualifications

• Exceptional depth in Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple architecture across all platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical strategy across multiple application domains.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including setting technical direction and influencing engineering practices at a team or organizational level.
• Deep understanding of user experience quality — you set the bar for how applications should feel.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy and multi-year architecture roadmap for EEE's native application platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of the team's most critical systems—high-quality, cross-platform applications serving Apple employees globally.
• Identify systemic engineering challenges and drive improvements in quality, reliability, accessibility, and developer productivity.
• Shape how AI and platform interoperability are leveraged across the portfolio, establishing patterns and best practices.
