Job summary

Apple is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for its Information Systems and Technology organization. You will work on web applications with Python, Java, and Rust backends and modern frontends using React or Vue.

You’ll own complex problems across the stack and help shape architecture and tooling for AI interoperability. You’ll operate with substantial autonomy, drive reliability, and mentor teams while collaborating with product managers to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python/Java backend development and API design.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript and React or Vue.
• Strong relational and non-relational database design knowledge.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction and implementation of features spanning microservices (Python, Java, Rust) and frontend interfaces (React, Vue).
• Design scalable APIs and data models powering AI and MCP servers.
• Drive features end-to-end from concept through deployment and operations.
• Mentor colleagues and raise engineering quality across frontend and backend disciplines.
• Contribute to cross-organization initiatives and partner with product teams.
