Job summary

Anthesis Group in Ireland is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead strategy and transformation engagements, shaping sustainability agendas for client organisations. You will manage projects, deliver market-leading insights and drive change across operating models.

The role combines client leadership, business development and mentoring within our Advisory practice, with UK and Dublin-based applicants considered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy/transformation consulting from a leading management or sustainability consultancy.
• Experience in operating model design and large programme implementation.
• Fluency across sustainability topics with deep expertise in specific areas.
• Ability to communicate with CFOs and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office experience and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought leadership to grow accounts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support internal initiatives and proposition development.
