• 6+ years experience in strategy / transformation consulting or in-house strategy roles.
• Fluency across sustainability topics with operating model and large programme experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements on time, budget and quality.
• Draft and present high-quality deliverables and facilitate workshops.
• Provide expert input and quality assurance on project outputs.
• Build and maintain client relationships and account integrity.
• Contribute to service development, proposals and thought leadership.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to internal initiatives.
