Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting individuals with autism in a day service setting based in Tallaght.

This is a permanent full-time role (39 hours per week) with a salary from €43,283 per annum. The service offers pension and healthcare supports, generous annual leave, birthday leave, premium shift rates for evenings and weekends, and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Supervisory or leadership experience within a social care setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
• Full manual driver’s licence (essential).
