Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Supervisor for a leading disability service in Tallaght. The role focuses on leading a staff team to deliver person-centred day services for autistic individuals, promoting independence and community participation.

The Senior Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff with supervision and rota planning, and ensure services meet HIQA standards and individual plans. A full driving licence is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• A Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least one year’s experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full manual driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the day service, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
• Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual person-centred plans and organisational standards.
• Assist with staff supervision, rota planning, team meetings, and service development.
• Promote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development for the individuals supported.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
