Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join its market-leading Structured Finance & Capital Markets Group in Dublin. You will handle complex domestic and cross-border financings, advising financial institutions, sponsors and investors on a wide range of asset classes and structures.

The role emphasizes managing transactions, maintaining client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor
5+ years PQE in a leading law firm with a strong finance practice
Experience advising on structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance or related financing transactions
Strong technical, drafting and project management skills and ability to manage multiple transactions

Responsibilities

Advise Irish banks and non-bank lenders on securitisation and asset-backed transactions
Advise international banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on structured finance transactions
Support and manage transactions, client relationships and business development initiatives
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a high-performing team culture
Collaborate with cross-practice teams including Investment Funds, Tax, Corporate and Regulatory
