Dillon Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its established civil and structural team in a hybrid role, enabling both remote and office work within Ireland.

You will develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality structural design across industrial and Life Sciences projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction support while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and finalise structural engineering design deliverables
• Apply strong technical knowledge across all aspects of structural engineering design
• Design in accordance with Eurocode standards
• Utilise structural design software including STAAD, Tekla, and Robot
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering and design teams
• Use coordination and model review tools including Navisworks and Revizto
• Participate in internal design, coordination, and model review meetings
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers
• Communicate effectively with project teams and key stakeholders
• Contribute to the delivery of industrial and complex engineering projects where required
• Support the development of efficient, technically robust, and high-quality design solutions
