Mott MacDonald in Dublin is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to contribute to a range of projects across education, transport, industrial and health sectors. You will work under a Principal Engineer within a design team to deliver robust structural solutions and documentation.
Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, preparing sketches, reports and tender docs, and conducting site inspections, with a hybrid working policy to support flexibility.

The Buildings Unit (BLD) has a major presence in Mott MacDonald's regional offices throughout the UK and mainland Europe, providing a wide range of diverse and transferable cross‑sector skills across five key sectors; Advisory, Built Environment, Energy, Transportation and Water. We also provide local services to customers and technical leadership to the rest of the Group in these sectors.
Our Structures Team in Ireland work on a wide variety of projects in the Built Environment Sector including the Casement Park GAA Stadium in Belfast, Tallaght University Hospital in Dublin, Kilkenny Fire Station, St. Cronans School in Dublin, H&W Regeneration of Shipbuilding Operations in Belfast and Poole Beg Power Station and many others. The Dublin office is 1 of 3 principal offices in Ireland, and resources are shared across the Dublin, Belfast and Cork offices, and other offices in the UK, particularly those in Scotland and the North of England. The team in Dublin also collaborate with other offices on projects in sectors including Transport, Water, Energy and Advisory.
As a Chartered Engineer with experience in the design of building structures, in a design consultants office, you will help to deliver a range of projects including those in the education, transport, industrial and health sectors.
