Job summary

We are seeking a Lead Structural Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership to Project and Design Leads, mentoring junior engineers and designers, and delivering integrated, high‑quality engineering solutions across projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, BIM teams, construction managers and client stakeholders, ensuring design safety, regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Third level degree in an associated discipline.
• 5-8 years' experience as a Senior Engineer / Architect in related sector.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading others.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safe working practices on site and in office.

Responsibilities

• CSA engineering design for semiconductor / microelectronics tool installation projects.
• Provide input on resourcing, deliverables and project constraints.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Foster interdisciplinary teamwork and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and design safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Project/Design Leads, BIM teams, construction managers and clients.
