Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Senior Strategy & PMO Manager to lead Lidl's Corporate Strategy Process and PMO across the organisation. Reports to the Corporate Development Director and collaborates with senior management to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and enforce project management methodologies, governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistent project delivery across the organisation.
• Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure that all projects align with the organisation's strategic goals and contribute to its overall success.
• Coordination & responsibility for the delivery of the national Strategy process, (including SWOT analysis and strategic planning).
• Implementation of the Strategy process, strategic analysis, and tracking associated strategic measures in conjunction with the board and Lidl International.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to project teams to enhance their project management skills and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain up-to-date information, ensure compliance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and facilitate the sharing of best practices across teams.
• Improve project delivery and overall efficiency by updating PMO processes and embedding clear, thorough documentation across the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience managing a team within a related function to join our team.

The Senior Strategy & PMO Manager reports to the Corporate Development Director and is responsible for: Lidl’s Corporate Strategy Process, Strategic Objective Oversight and Lidl's Project Management Office.

What you'll do
