Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in consultancy, advisory services or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Experience delivering client-facing advisory projects and governance work.
• Experience using automation or AI to improve processes.
• Experience with charities or not-for-profit sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects, including financial projections, governance reviews and sustainability assessments.
• Analyse financial, operational and demographic data to inform recommendations.
• Produce client-ready outputs such as reports, presentations and project plans.
• Support client meetings and board discussions, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and models in Excel, Power BI, Python or R.
• Help standardise templates, data collection and AI-enabled workflows.
