Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for the Atlas Clusters team in Ireland. You will own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Atlas Clusters portfolio, guiding multi-year product architecture and market trajectory.

You will partner with distinguished engineers and executives to balance monetization, strategy, and business outcomes, while mentoring other PMs and driving data-driven practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree-backed technical foundation with strong software/product emphasis.
• Experience leading product management for platforms, infrastructure, or databases.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong communication of complex technical concepts to executives.
• Familiarity with open-source and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Atlas Clusters.
• Shape division-wide investment, architecture, and monetization considerations.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic options and risks.
• Mentor senior PMs and elevate PM practices with data-driven playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional leads to align portfolio goals.
