Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) seeks a Senior Staff Physical Design Engineer to lead the physical design team in Ireland, with locations in Dublin or Cork.

You will drive microprocessor design initiatives, balance power, performance and area, and mentor senior engineers while collaborating across design groups to deliver complex silicon blocks. You will coordinate with CPU cores teams to solve design challenges, refine area and timing targets, and leverage AI tools to boost team

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading junior engineers and teams of senior engineers.
• Strong collaboration across design teams and reviews.
