Job summary

Ethos Care Group seeks an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to support clinical leadership in our Ireland nursing home. You will help maintain excellent standards of care while assisting the PIC with staff management and resident wellbeing.

Ideal candidates are Ireland-based RGN with an active NMBI PIN, have 4 years in relevant settings, and are passionate about older persons’ care and dignity. All applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI PIN and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in nursing home, older persons’ care, rehabilitation or acute settings.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous.
• Excellent clinical, documentation and communication skills.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to support clinical leadership within the nursing home. You will help maintain excellent standards of care while supporting the Person in Charge (PIC) with staff management and resident wellbeing. This role is ideally suited to nurses currently living in Ireland who have relevant clinical experience and are passionate about providing exceptional care to older persons.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Support the management and supervision of nursing staff

About You

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN
• Currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland
• 4 years previous nursing home, older persons' care, rehabilitation or acute hospital experience desirable
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork and organisational abilities
• Passionate about caring for older people and enhancing quality of life
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster
