Job summary

SiriusXM, a Dublin-based technology hub, seeks an Senior Staff ML Engineer to scale ML models from development to production. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to deploy robust pipelines, maintain feature serving, and manage model lifecycle across live environments.

In this role you will own CI/CD for ML artifacts, optimize performance, and help shape best practices in ML engineering and observability across SiriusXM’s streaming platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or data engineering.
• Strong experience with Databricks, MLFlow, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala or Java; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing CI/CD for ML artifacts and scalable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead production deployment of ML models with Databricks/MLFlow and robust serving.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML artifacts and deployments.
• Develop feature pipelines, model lifecycle, and retraining workflows.
• Ensure latency, throughput, monitoring, and reliability of ML systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize ML.
