Infineon Technologies is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for Analog Mixed Signal Design within our R&D team. You will design and integrate silicon-based circuits, drive high-speed signaling, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust automotive-grade solutions.

You will mentor layout activities, support test plans, and contribute to next-generation mixed-signal technologies for automotive applications. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mixed-signal design architectures.
• Experience with high-speed signaling and mixed-signal verification.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of ESD, latch-up, packaging and PCB concepts is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and integrate complex silicon-based circuits and systems for applications including system clocking and PHY development.
• Apply engineering judgment and analysis methods to arrive at optimized solutions.
• Develop block and product definitions, integration and verification requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support for test planning, silicon bring-up, characterization, and testing activities.
• Supervise layout activities related to block and chip design.
• Deliver integration support into the design flow and cooperate with top-level integration.
• Contribute to the development of mixed-signal solutions for automotive products.
