Job summary

Enable Ireland in Limerick is seeking a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team at Blackberry Park. The post focuses on assessment, intervention, supervision, and service development for 0–18 years and their families in clinics, preschools, schools, homes and community settings.

The role requires CORU registration (or eligibility), 3 years post-qualification clinical experience, and experience with ASD, EDS and AAC.

Qualifications

• Registration with CORU is required or eligible.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• At least 2 years' experience with children with disabilities (including ASD assessment/intervention).
• Experience working with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties (EDS).
• Experience with Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of Speech & Language Therapy services for 0–18 years and their families.
• Assess, intervene, supervise and contribute to service development.
• Deliver services across clinic, preschools, schools, homes and community settings.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team.
