Job summary

Realta Associates are hiring two Senior Solution Architects to lead solution design and roadmapping across enterprise IT systems for a leading utilities organisation. This is a high-impact role within a complex, regulated, 24/7 environment—shaping solutions, influencing stakeholders, and driving decisions aligned to enterprise architecture strategy.

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Lead workshops and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing target-state direction with delivery pragmatism.

• Own end-to-end solution design and target-state roadmaps across the IT estate.
• Lead workshops and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop solution options and present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to governance/Design Authority.
