The ideal candidate has 10–14 years in software engineering, strong Python and AWS skills, REST APIs, and experience mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend development with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Frontend state management with Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
• AWS cloud platform and serverless architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• GitHub and modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for products and platforms.
• Define and drive the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead architectural design discussions and reviews.
• Mentor a software engineering team and drive engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Design cloud-native architectures and implement DevOps practices.
