Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with production-grade results.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and aligning teams.
• Strong programming, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions.
• Own architectural decisions within your domain and communicate designs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear designs and actionable work streams.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical growth within the team.
