Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering in agile environments.

• Strong Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React, SQL skills.
• Experience with Python, Databricks or PySpark for data pipelines.
• Cloud native apps on AWS/Azure; CI/CD, containers, observability.
• Leadership to guide design decisions and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team level design including high level and detailed design.
• Align implementations with platform architecture and standards.
• Develop data-intensive apps and analytics capabilities.
• Deploy AI-powered products and agentic workflows using LLMs.
• Improve performance, security, and reliability across services.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
