Overview

The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem‑solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform with focus on IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM & ITOM).
  • Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise wide software license requests.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
  • Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Expertise in ITAM modules (Software Asset Management, Hardware Management and ITOM).
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML.
  • Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python).
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Intune and JAMF.
  • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and communicate clearly.
  • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems.
  • Good to have the exposure to other ServiceNow modules.
