Job summary

eir business seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the software engineering team and support the development of customer-facing portals and cloud-native apps. You will design, develop and enhance modern web apps using Blazor, C# and .NET, with Azure services and microservice architectures.

Within a small Agile team, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable software, promote reusable components and clean engineering practices, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps

Role overview

This is a hands-on full stack engineeringrole for an experienced software engineer with strong Microsoft technologystack expertise. The successful candidate will design, develop and enhancemodern web applications using Blazor, C# and .NET, with Microsoft Azureservices and microservices-based architectures. The role combines front-endownership, back-end development, systems integration, and participation inarchitectural and technical design decisions.

Expectations From TheRole:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, testand enhance user interfaces for the customer-facing portals and related webapplications.
• Build moderncloud-based solutions using C#, .NET and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Develop responsiveBlazor applications using Server and/or WebAssembly hosting models.
• Create reusable,maintainable and scalable web components, libraries and services.
• Design, develop andconsume REST APIs and support integration with internal and external services.
• Analyse requirementsand translate them into effective technical designs and working software.
• Participate insolution architecture, technical design, code review and engineering standardsdecisions.
• Apply object-orienteddesign, SOLID principles, clean code practices and appropriate design patterns.
• Troubleshootapplication, API, integration and service connectivity issues throughresolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD,release automation and DevOps practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate withproduct, cloud, operations and other stakeholders to deliver reliablesolutions.
• Contribute to productinnovation, technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share technicalknowledge and mentor less experienced engineers where appropriate.

Requirements For ASuccessful Application:

Required skills and experience

Full stack and front-end development

• Demonstrablecommercial software engineering experience, ideally within the mid-level tosenior range.
• Strong experiencewith Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly.
• Ability to create UIprototypes and mock-ups and translate them into production-quality interfaces.
• Strong C# and modern.NET experience, including .NET Core / ASP.NET Core technologies.
• Sound knowledge ofobject-oriented design, SOLID principles, clean code practices and designpatterns.
• Experience buildingreusable web components, libraries and application services.
• Understanding ofdeclarative programming concepts and maintainable software design.

Integration, APIs and quality

• Experience developingand consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge ofJSON, XML and YAML data formats.
• Experience testing,troubleshooting and supporting APIs and service integrations.
• Practical use of Gitsource control, unit testing and integration testing.
• Ability to analyserequirements and deliver robust, tested software that meets agreed acceptancecriteria.

Qualifications
