We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the technical excellence and scalability of our SaaS Employee Experience platform. You will serve as a senior hands‑on engineer within your team - designing and implementing complex features, improving system performance and reliability, and supporting the growth of other engineers.
This role is a key technical contributor within the engineering team. You will translate architectural guidance into robust, maintainable implementations and contribute to architectural discussions through strong technical execution and domain expertise.
The ideal candidate brings solid SaaS experience, hands‑on exposure to AWS managed & serverless technologies, and a strong understanding of distributed systems and modern software engineering best practices.
Annual base salary gross: 61,000 - 75,000 plus variable EUR Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include variable compensation, short-term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
This role follows a flexible hybrid working model. While our office is based in Cork, we welcome applications from candidates across Ireland. Office attendance can be planned flexibly, with expectations agreed directly with your reporting manager based on team and business needs.
