Job summary

Enable Ireland delivers children’s services through the Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) under the national Progressing Disabilities Services model. The post holder will provide a range of Social Worker services for young people and their families within an interdisciplinary framework across clinic, preschool, school, home and community settings.

The role requires CORU registration or eligibility, 3 years post-qualification experience, a valid driving licence, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Social Workers Register maintained by CORU.
• Have 3 years full time relevant post-qualification experience.
• Provide proof of Statutory Registration with CORU before contract of employment.
• Must maintain annual CORU registration during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of Social Worker services for children and their families (0–18) within an interdisciplinary framework.
• Carry out assessment and intervention, clinical supervision and ongoing service development.
• Deliver services across clinics, preschools, schools, children’s homes and community settings.
