Job summary

Autism A Chara invites applications for a Team Leader (15 hours per week) and a Senior Social Care Worker (24 hours per week) in Gorey, Co. Wexford. The positions are Specific Purpose contracts with salary starting from €26.85/hour and €23.58/hour respectively.

The roles require a degree in Social Care/Studies or an equivalent qualification, CORU registration or in-progress, and two years of management experience with a team. Benefits include pension, health insurance, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Care/Studies or relevant 3rd Level qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or application in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team delivering social care/services.
• Implement and develop support/care plans and PCPs.
• Work shifts on a rota including evenings, weekends and nights.
• Ensure service vehicles are driven by licensed personnel and comply with regulations.
