Qualifications
- QQI level 7 Award in Social Care or related degree is essential.
- CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or proof of application in progress is required.
- At least 1 year of recent experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence (manual) required to drive service vehicles.
- Permission to work in Ireland is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to people with complex needs and autism.
- Lead and manage a care team and rota.
- Chair meetings and participate in team coordination.
- Support daily living activities, community engagement, and skills development.
- Ensure care delivery follows each person’s PCP and care plan.
