Job summary

Sensiba LLP in Ireland seeks a Senior GRC Analyst I focused on SOC 2 to lead audits, assess IT controls, and advise clients on risk and compliance. You will collaborate with clients on a range of platforms and ensure quality, timely engagement delivery within a remote-friendly, Ireland-based team.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, strong communication, and deep understanding of security requirements across SOC 2 engagements. Reporting to Georgiana Caseru with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, advisory or related roles.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals.
• Experience leading SOC 2 audits.
• Experience with controls reviews and IT controls design/advisory.
• Professional designation such as CISA, CISSP, CIPP is a plus.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 readiness platforms (Drata, Vanta) preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct external audits of client processes and IT controls for SOC 2.
• Observe, document, test key business processes, access, change, and operational controls.
• Evaluate application and automated controls across varied systems.
• Identify risks and propose control improvements.
• Assess security policies and risk management documentation across client tech stacks.
• Support security assessments of services and infrastructure against requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate audit findings clearly.
