Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking a Senior GRC Auditor I focused on SOC 2 engagements in Ireland. You will guide IT controls, security, and compliance across client environments, mentoring junior staff and coordinating audits with clients in Ireland.

The Senior GRC Analyst I builds strong relationships, assesses risk, and communicates findings clearly, using both automated evidence and manual procedures to ensure quality assurance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, IT, etc.).
• 3+ years in governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, advisory or related roles.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals.
• Experience leading SOC 2 audits.
• Experience with controls reviews and advising on IT controls.
• Professional designation such as CISA, CISSP, CIPP, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with SOC 2 readiness platforms (Drata, Vanta).
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct external audits of client IT controls and processes.
• Test and document controls across security, availability, processing integrity, and privacy.
• Evaluate risk, propose remediation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with clients and teams across platform-enabled and traditional audits.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support security assessments of new and existing services and infrastructure.
• Build and nurture client relationships to understand business and risk.
