Job summary

Sensiba LLP in Ireland is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst I to lead end‑to‑end engagements across cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for external audit clients. You will plan, test, issue resolution, and ensure high‑quality documentation while managing timelines and client expectations.

You will mentor junior analysts, build strong client relationships, and stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, advisory, or related professional services.
• Experience applying governance, risk, compliance, privacy, or cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior professionals.
• Experience in a consulting, advisory, audit, or professional services environment.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end external audit engagements across cybersecurity and compliance standards.
• Plan, scope, test, resolve issues, and complete engagements with high quality documentation.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and client expectations.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and build strong relationships.
• Coach and support junior team members and review their work.
• Contribute to training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement quality and efficiency.
• Keep awareness of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field
