Job summary

ESPIRE INFOLABS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SME for Project Management and Functional Business Analysis in the Banking/FSI sector. You will drive risk, compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives, translating business needs into BRDs and functional specs.

The role involves stakeholder facilitation, transformation delivery, and collaboration with risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in risk management, AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, and governance.
• Experience as Functional Business Analyst, Lead BA, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation with business, risk, and compliance teams.
• Experience delivering transformation, digitisation, regulatory, or risk-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME coverage across banking, financial services, risk management, compliance, governance, audit, AML/KYC, or regulatory reporting.
• Lead or support transformation, regulatory compliance, and risk initiatives.
• Perform functional business analysis: requirements gathering, mapping, gap analysis, BRD creation, solution validation.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables for assigned roles.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and sessions with business and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, risk officers, and senior management to ensure delivery.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specifications and project artefacts.
• Support regulatory change implementation and ensure alignment with banking FS requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate risks and recommendations.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
